DCP Therapy is an independent practice based in both Central London and Surrey, founded by Chartered Clinical Psychologist Dr Deba Choudhury-Peters, offering therapy to individuals. A tailor-made approach is taken to help individuals build inner strength, resilience and compassion to improve relationships and foster healthy emotional and physical well-being.
With over ten years of experience working in the National Health Service and continuing to work there alongside independent practice, Deba aims to deliver therapy that fosters personal growth. Furthermore, therapy is also offered in both English and Bengali. Dr Deba Choudhury-Peters is also a registered healthcare provider for Bupa, AXA-PPP, Pru Health, Cigna and Aviva.
The practice accepts referrals from:
- GPs and psychiatrists
- Other health professionals
- Self referrals
We are also associated with other independent holistic practitioners, since a key feature of the therapy being offered is to encourage greater connection with body and mind. DCP Therapy also has international affiliates in Holland, Germany, Denmark, Costa Rica and America, including Kristin Osborn, psychotherapist and Affect Phobia Therapy (APT) trainer based in Vermont and Massachusetts.
